Recurrent Ventures is looking to hire a driven, and highly motivated, Yield Manager for its programmatic business.  The role will act as a centralized resource within the organization handling monetization, analytics, and reporting.  You’ll work closely with ad ops, programmatic operations, general managers, data and product teams supporting overall business health and ad hoc requests.  This is a data-driven and technical role requiring strong analytical skills, experience in digital media, operations, and the ability to cultivate relationships with both internal and external partners.


The Responsibilities:   

  • Maintain regular oversight of programmatic yield management and analytics by generating insights, recommendations, and helping to enhance understanding of business trends across the organization
  • Apply analytics and insights to monitor and optimize revenue and yield across a huge number of business cross-sections at various levels of detail (site visit, pageview, ad unit, etc.).  Ad supply is inclusive of both digital display and video.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the organization as a subject-matter expert sharing insights, and identifying challenges and opportunities
  • Continuously leverage your curiosity, and analytical abilities, to support clearly defined business objectives
  • Work with data and product teams to provide business POV regarding data warehousing, processing, and efficient, business intelligence function


The Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or related field 
  • 2-5 years of ad operations, yield, or programmatic experience with a publisher or ad tech company (SSP, DSP, etc.)
  • Strong analytical background
  • Detailed understanding of GAM, prebid, and accompanying tools  
  • Functional knowledge of ad supply and health metrics across display and video
